As an assistant, your main responsibilities are as follows;

1. Intake Specialist: where you will be in-charge of managing the new leads the firm receives for potential cases. You would vet out leads and help decide if we ultimately convert the lead into a case. You’ll need to have great communication skills, be motivated, and be comfortable to make multiple cold calls to convert prospects into clients.

2. Attorney Support where you will be the assistant to one attorney and help with case tasks such as contacting clients and insurance companies, consistently following up with clients by phone for treatment status, filling documents, translating documents, and other miscellaneous tasks.
